Employers from hell!! They take the most of you but pay you the least. For easy reading summing up the points 1. During interview they say your probation period is of 6 months after which you will get a lump some increment and there would be annual increment every year. But your probation never gets over before 1 year and the increment that you receive is barely of 1k. Some don't even get that. Salary increment occurs once in three years 2. You are employed for one purpose but made to do everything. As of mine i did every kind of job except housekeeping 3. They promise to give you posting near your home but then send you to distant centres and that too without conveyance 4. There's no lunch break 5. The managers are extremely misbehaving. Never do they pay any heed to your words or problems 6. Some people work hard for more than 9 hours while some spend their time watching movies and chitchatting 7. Some get scorned for receiving emergency phone calls while the rest spend hours on phone to which the management turns a deaf ear and blind eye. 8. If any student fails the interview,the groomers get the worst treatment without even making any background check behind the actual incident. 9. We do not have any proper syllabus or resource for grooming 10. We are yelled at for not making contribution to curriculum,then again yelled at if we teach something of our own. 11. They never cooperate if you resign. Senior manager(Academics) refuses to give you any resignation acceptance mail/letter saying that the company doesn't provide so,which is a blatant lie. They stop responding to phone calls once you have left . They give twisted ,falsified feedback to your new employers. They try every bit to ruin your career. 12. There's no proper Hr team or policy. 13. You face a lot of trouble in extracting your pf money. 14. They deduct money for esic but don't give an esic card. 15. There's no proper coordination between managers.

No job security,no appraisal,zero career growth. Motley teammates. Tacky work environment
