I am writing to share my recent interview experience at Brahmanet IT Solutions and unfortunately it has left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. Throughtout the interview process it become evident that company already selected a candidate seemed perfunctory at best. Please don't join this company.

I got selected and joined on March 1 and terminated on April 1. They give me 15 days of notice to find some other job. The mistake I did was I joined without an offer letter. (They said it is al set we will give you OL shortly but never happened). I trusted their word and resigned my previous job. Job at Brahma thus became a big negative and fallback for me. So guys if you got selected there please receive your OL before joining else they will kick u out at anytime and you will have no evidence on such incident. Their Reason for termination is ' they thought I can able to manage a project independently and have web developing skills also.note: I have not mentioned such things in any corner of my CV!
