You will get to learn a lot as you will be leading a project or multiple projects at the same time. You do the designs, management, manufacturing, assembly, documenting, etc all by yourself with the guidance of your superiors.

...dirty politics inside the company which is very hard to believe and hard to see. They will try to buy you by gifting you things instead of giving you better salary so its difficult to change company as your pay scale is low but you are spoiled by these "gifts" that you will prefer staying with them instead of changing company.

...their website, you won't get to work on any of this, and won't be paid properly. You are considered as a labourer who exists to do menial tasks, day in and day out, for poor pay and absurdly long timings. You will be overworked and underpaid, and will always expect you to work overtime. Join this place if you would like to solder for 10-11 hours a day and run errands for the company. I learnt that my time, career and efforts are important for valuable work elsewhere, otherwise i learnt nothing here. Learnt more in college than at this place. Annoying, badly organized, inconsiderate management. LONG Hours doing menial work, hated it. The most enjoyable part of the job was the weekend when i was not working, and when i received my stipend. Would not recommend anyone to join here, or even apply. Major red flag. Sit at home, study and find some better offer.

I started at Brahmworks as an electronics intern, and after two and a half years, I became an embedded engineer. I've gained valuable skills in soldering, wiring, PCB design, firmware development, and debugging, while also improving my soft skills throughout this rewarding journey. Brahmworks is a fantastic place for beginners, offering strong support, plenty of learning opportunities across various technologies, and the freedom to bring ideas to life in projects. Plus, they provide lunch, adding to the positive and supportive work environment.
