.... They don't know how to read and write basic English. There is no leave policy. If you don't come no salary. They will make you work on independence day, republic day, national holidays. No life. They don't give salary. They pay half salary and keep due. No full payment. No knowledge full arrogance. 3rd class people. They only recruit if you have bad financial condition. Then they will trap you, and don't pay salary. They sometimes keep full salary due.

Nothing to like. Its a fake civil engineering company.

...y just use the technical employees to get the projects and then throw them away. They even make you work on national holidays without any extra pay. The company is only busy making videos in social media instead of Civil Engineering work. Just terrible.

Work experience with teammates was good. My company is open to adopt new technology. I am glad to being part of this esteemed organisation. My job is office based so I did not faced any type of travelling time. working environment was very encouraging to achieve target.

Compensation & growth are little. There is no scope of learning new skill.

Proper guidance is essential for senior employees, such as how to interact with junior employees during office hours to complete the task . If BPC is a technical company, the first step is to listen to every technical individual [who has a necessary degree and expertise] in order to accomplish the tasks. Virtue thrives best in adversity

There are some people who are really helpful. Women can safely work here.

Dislikes

Most of the people are uneducated and belong to the owner's hometown hence employs face a lot of partiality. There is this one Director who is extremely rude and use unparliamentary languages while working.
