Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Everything was dislike No value for hardworking people. If you have management skills by managing calls in simply sitting in home means you will grow. If you were hard worker waste of using working here. Filled with nepotism from top level to bottom level. No place for genuine people. Less salary more working hours. No weekoff. Need to work for 24hrs on alternate Sunday. No rest areas, they won't even provide furniture. Complete 12hrs you need to stand. Group politics, personal grudge, targetting genuine recruitment guys was high.
