My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Amazing Managing Partner and the Partner. You are expected to deliver top quality work but there is no pressure. You are given sufficient time to deliver work. All the Seniors are very approachable.

The quality of work that one gets to do here is fantastic. Experience can be obtained throughout a vast variety of topics and fields of shipping law.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and associates are expected to work for almost 14-15 hours every day. No reimbursement is provided for late night food and transport back home. There is a lot of politics that goes on here. Even the smallest disagreement on your part will ensure that the quality of the matters that you get to work on drops.
