Management is always on the look out for all round improvement. Any initiative in the direction of improving existing state is always welcome. This gives us a good deal of opportunities to learn, explore and experiment!!

... No so called Bosch values. This is completely service based with no competency. Was continued this company for almost same salary and position for my complete tenure due to just my office location is nearby my residence. Also they promised to have long term service and offered unconditional gift as washing machine.Some unethical management lied. Never show the Bosch commitment and values

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
