The first year of joining the management will make you work day night weekens.12 hours work plus weekend without compensation. Management is unskilled and are in the position not based on skills but for the duration they worked. No work-life balance. The focus is more on boss favourite or native instead on the real contributors. Hiring is extremely biased. Especially for females.
