Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I flourished my skills and got new as well with the help of my team leader. There is no denying in this fact.

...y is worst. They make employees to work, make them to put their complete effort. But what the employees get? Nothing!! They don't even pay their salary. We tried very hard to get our hard earned money but no they don't even care!! It's like it's their nature. Because when I quitted this company I got the review from many ex employees that this company don't pay their employees. So, my only request is that be aware of this company or this type of company! Thanks.
