...pany rather than an actual team leader, He himself doesnt know what he is doing. Some elements in the company are just for the sake to take salary they dont do anything at all.

Being an honest man i wont tell lies but Bookchor really needs improvement in there office culture as they are hiring always no employees wants fo work there because they themselves create a situation that employees tends do leave.

You'll feel like home. I have worked with founder and co-founder of Bookchor and I must say that they are amazing. The work environment is very nice. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Actually nothing, the worst team to work with no coordination between technical team and marketing, technical team does not initiate any offers suggested by marketing team simply heating the bench in the name of developing some adaptive cart which is of no use. Owners are micro-managing each and every member of the team hence even the junior wants to report directly to the owners to save their jobs

Worst owners lack managing skils The company is in traction and owners are trying to bring investment yet no one is interested imagine the mindset of the owners They are so outdated that even today they are not ready to adopt ai to their platforms. They colorate with malls owned by politicians just for growing contacts and if the crowd is low they blame the team and salary deductiona happen

Work -life balance is really good management supportive in this domain.

Dislikes

First time I saw no proper process to handle inventory. Even after highlighting this to management number of time no serious action were taken to stop inventory loss. Inventory supervising person don't have any experience and interest in all this.
