...ore now moved as the Management..so now you understand what their seeds are.. No salary Hike 6 days working No leaves policy it's only exists on paper If you are a girl than you have a leverage to take breaks etc but if you are boy then expectations that you should come back in Bio- breaks with in 2 min, Politics in their culture, what will you expect when an underqualified team is in management. HR is dummy HR...they work to save their jobs nothing else. Request: Workforce is the only assets in company value them, make them to stay with you..show them the growth ..be a guider and mentor to your employees.. consider them as an extended families.

The people in the company who are senior do what they like , they layoff people whenever they want and then when they get chance to rehire they waste there time. Manager Radha mittal is very bad person and holds grudges with people. She does not let the people she don't like Excel in the company and they are thrown out. The company praises this behavior and all the senior management is like this only. Please don't waste your time and work here you will be headed nowhere no growth.

Poor Management and zero employees satisfaction although work was good to do but if you are willing to work independently then this is not your place to work find some other place to work, even they pretend that they are carrying for their employees but actually employees are liability for this organisation. They love to fake reviews running on internet to grow their business and reputation. At last I would say Happy employees bring more customers else employees gone customer gone and company gone.

Worst company I have ever worked with. No will help you out. They even didn't give me my relieving letter after their HR made commitment. I would not say their names, but the senior managers will definitely be in trouble someday playing their own dirty politics. No company ethics.

Dislikes

I worked for about 9 months in bookmyforex.com and what I get in return was horrible. They even changed my work profile and cheated me on salary structure. Your managers will play so dirty politics and will make such a disturbing environment that you'll be left with no other options.
