No work-life balance and no respect for ex-employees hardwork. They don't pay the settlement even after chasing them multiple times. We worked in this company day and night but in return company does not care what have you given to achieve the numbers

1. On time Salary. 2. Success is the byproduct of process. Bonito follow it (especially Mr. Nikhil singh's team) 3. People say nikhil is worst person but actually not. He is the toughest person "Rough sea makes a good saior" This suits him. 4. Comparing to other companies they value their employees. Job security is very very good. 5. Design freedom Is there, management will support designer like anything on both hsr & hrbr. Both center DOH is very supportive and dedicated. 6. Tough & experienced validation team. 7. Very good DE team. 8. Pm are the real game player. 9. Wonderful sales team.

Dislikes

1. DQc team with 0 maturiy. Attitude & vengeance. Need to improve technically & SQC team will make your life hell, they can't provide solution for issues simply a blocker intentionally both the team will. Show their vengeance. 2. Medical benefits can be revised.

Nothing to like Will ask to work till 10 pm No holiday except monday, whether it is festival or any important dats,u have to work. Mentally harash you if your target is not achieved. They fire few employees on same day,they don't even give you a single day ka time for finding new job for yourself. They don't think about their employees,not even customer

Salary and compensation For all 8lpa+ has No fixed work timings & only work work work (Slavery) No SOP (it's been 10+ year 😞) Fight for getting credit (for every invited customers) No proper tracking tools (s/w)

Nothing to like about the company. No personal life. No appreciation. Bosses are dictators. They will make you work like donkeys. And when you leave they company they will keep delaying your fnf. Hence people just abscond without serving notice.

Dislikes

Bosses-managers. They don't give increment. They don't pay variable. Its a trap just to show that they are offering you a good CTC but they will never pay you.
