Likes

There is no benefits to management catagory like engineer and senior engineer. No compensation for extra hours of working, bad culture of staying back late night, wrong HR policies.

...ve 65 leaves all will get lapsed. No payment for lapsed leaves. No Diwali bonus. Cost cutting destroying company culture.no team outings.

Good nature of my boss towards teammates

Dislikes

... management, engineers. Food quality is low grade No compensation for engineer No bonus Wrong hr policies No earned leaves above 65 can be availed. No fixed criteria for promotion. Rather its given based on conditions like if you threat them you are leaving then only promotion triggers. Promotion is not self driven.

Dislikes

No work life balance . Especially in Sourcing and procurement Sourcing HOD is a dictator. He shouts at everything. Keeps meeting for half day to one full day and destroys your morale . Lead time will be very less for development and quality requirements are very high that even good suppliers can't meet. You will be sent to supplier end for months . Time line will be applicable only for Sourcing team. Other team takes their own time and doesn't even reply to mails. Planning team is pathetic. Every week shedule gets changed . Except sourcing,procurement, finance and projects other departments are good to work
