...gement. They abuse a lot of times and treat us very badly. There is no learning. They expect you to have all world knowledge and pay nothing. Tech department is always over working and they get 0 acknowledgment for it. There is no use of complaint because because they favour this environment. Saturday is always working and we also forced to work on weekends and holidays.

Bondsindia is a worst company is really the worst mistake of my life. All are so toxic people who dont share any information with you at all. They will hide a lot of information and then push you on the brink of mental breakdown. TL and managers are not supportive. All data generated by company is very wrong and we are forced to hear abuses by TL n manager. Even the director is very loud and abusive. You can hear him shout on everyone. They will always keep hiring as nobody is looking to retain here. Dont join bondsindia.

Big surprises come time to time.The two directors will have their personal vendetta against some employees and force us to delay their relieving & other documents and many times write negative bg check. I have seen all list of past employees and not a single feedback is positive for anyone.Sorry to all employees I don't wanna do negative feedback for you but the directors force us to do it. Apologies to all employees!!!

The whole system is a disgrace in the name of culture and company. Although the service almost second to none, but the management structure is not going make the company happen to be a company.

1. There is no growth, the company is still struggling to find balance and has no SOP for any job role yet so you might have to hustle to get through your day. 2. There is no work-life-balance, I've worked on holidays, weekends, late nights and even while I'm on sick leaves. 3. Finance industry needs knowledge and experience but without considering this the company has built up a marketing team where literally no one is from finance background. This is a huge loop hole as there is literally no one to guide or to correct incase of error until the product or the content is live. 4. Work ethics are questionable as most of the employees are freshers. 5. There is no job security, I've seen them layoff employees without any notice. 6. They have been actively hiring people in their sales team without adequate seating capacity. Everyone in the office is squeezed into tables and desks and meeting rooms. There is no cafeteria, you eat where you sit. 7. The work environment is very stressful, no one will take accountability for their mistakes, they'd rather find one mule and blame everything on them. 8. The management of the sales team is much worse, I've seen around 20 employees leave unethically because of the work environment. 9.
