1. There is no work life balance 2. There is a lot of top level politics breaking down to Lower levels 3. A lot of favouritism happening in the HQ 4. Nobody to help you learn or understand the ways of working 5. No professionalism and no work ethic in the top management as well as your piers

Disgusting office, no work life balance, wants employee to work for 24 hours and 7 days, uncultured staff, toxic management, salary never on time, promotions only to favourite employees, zero job security, no skill development, less staff and high volume work, you’ll become donkey please don’t join this circus

Lots of politics, poor middle management thus killing innovative talents and forcing them to stick to the rules they set, no proper delegation of work, ambiguous communication, lack of proper HR policies and inter-team coordination and lack of professionalism leading to inefficient work culture, No focus on mental health or making workplace inclusive. And last but not least, treating humans like robots.
