Since its a France based MNC there are lot of opportunities to explore. Working environment is very good and team mates are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary not up to the mark and caree growth is very slow. There is hardly any recognition received for the work we do.

Only thing i like is to get salary on time and Medical Policy.

Very difficult to say without using offensive language as this is place for constructive feedback. But terrible thing i experienced there is too much nepotism and zero recolonization for executive level employee's work.

Good work environment and company policies are good too.And also they give good salary and bonus every year.

Bollore Transport and logistics is the good company in which everyone like to work at that company.for my side I resign to work due to my family matters.

Working with bollore is like employed in a company whose most staff Or positions are filled with someone relative to higher designated employee who futher seeks his Or her relatives to fill the other vacant positions too 😆😄😄, in short... It's not bollore logistics.. It's nepotism logistics

Branch Head is very supportive. Leading from Front in Operational Issues too.

Dislikes

No Formal Training for Internal Softwares. Also, lack of Training for specialized shipment handling. Distribution of Work is uneven. Inspite of International Market image, very little local Market Impact. No access of E Mails in Cellphone and on cloud platforms.
