Company is a fraud, anyone can see the google review of it, directors siddharth sharma and rahul nai acts like they own us. There is a policy that no matter how hard we try to sell their process, people are all aware about their being fraud, no one takes the risk, in result we wont be able to achieve the target and wont get our salary and even they kick out us if we ask for some assistance or little help for our pocket sake. I have been an employee of the month once and next to it i was thown out without any salary just because i asked them that i wanted to leave the office i was unable to achieve the target and didn’t get salary for the same of 2 months, I respected their work in order to be a burden i was willing to move out they threw me without any salary when i was in needed the most and they didn’t even provide any documentation or experience certification.

Dislikes

The company is total fraud and even against the company policies rules, siddhart sharma is a director and his wife is the manager to the same company and her sister is a departmental head as against the rule no blood relative is allowed in the company to work together.
