Politics uneducated 5th fail sindhi boys hired from super market and made corporate managers none of them did high school also. No proper food or accomodation finance controller ramesh sukhwani does not even let a employee to eat more than 2 roti bevause he thinks is going from his pocket.His is most toxic person in the company . Only interaction is in sindhi Sunil dela is another kind of buainess head doesnt know ABCD of business just know to go around for thai massages during office hours and has been caught by other staff many times nut no action take since he is brother in law of RM. And he is the one culprit pls let him be away from you. No training you jave to learn on your own under toxic environment so pls beware joining Nigeria abdijan ,burkina faso , freetown region. You will loose your sleep since work is 24 *7 and for 3 monthes you will be given phones once a month to talk to family in i dia so pls come internationally on your choice .

Politics is too much micromanagement is too much you cannot eat more than a certain amount on dining table no electricity in the house Ramesh sukhwani , Sunil dela are the main culrpits do all kind of ill practises including favours from local female employees even maids and nigerian collegues in the name of marketing they go for nunu massages in the afternoon.Their is no restriction for them but for you life will be terrible you have to sleep empty stomach in night , no water in house to take shower in morning stand in queue like labourers for shower then when comes to work no training at all you are on your own and if anything goes wrong your salary for 3 months will be deducted immediatly nothing will be as promised Hr Nikita is not going to help at all she will stop all your salary and bonuses. Beaware to join this lala company especially where sunil dela , ramesh sukhwani and debjyoti das is their you will be stuck for 2 years especially in nigeria, burkina, abdijan,freetown, algeria I have seen people getting tuberclosis desease due to harsh condition and they didnt sent him to india until he was in a dying condition that too they cut salary .2 people litrelay died within 1 week after returning to india since they didnt give proper medical at the respective location at the end of day both of them died upon returning to india. No worklife balance work is 24 *7 you cannot sleep . So better eat salt and roti in india rather joing this company

There is alot of things first thing is the caste system there is no growth or no promotion for another caste people only sindhis can take the all benefits and there are many more things that i am not able to write here

Politics is top notch in this company. Corruption is also too much share is equally divided between sunil dela , ramesh sukhwani, anoop, santu and pavan in nigeria region. Newcomers are not welcomed they would starve you for food also especially ramesh sukhwani since he doesnt want to divide the sharecut with newcomers so he wants them to resign and not to stay long. Sunil dela is business head here know for exploiting local nigerian female employees asking for favours from them like to sleep for one night. He does nothing for sake of marketing he goes to massage parlours,casino,brothl in office hours . And later in front of management says we cannot perform since market situation is not good. His sharecut is fixed from pavan,santu and anoop so he manages his money. Has been caught many times but since he old aquitance of RM so nothing happened . Auditor has his own sharecut so you can imagine how company works . Work is 24 *7 so no work life balance.Is like jail they will keep your passport and if you dont obey sunil and ramesh order your life would be misrable mind it even sxual assult is possible it has happened sunil is famour for doing with female employees . If you get sick be ready to die since they wont take you to hospital until you are on streacher 2 people working last year died literally. Be very carefull especially coming to nigeria or anywhere in this company . I worked for 3 years for them and still no growth since nothing was provided to managers under the table . I even got so sick come back to india they didnt provide any financial assistance.Be careful joining this company especially anywhere is west africa.
