Politics 10th fail staff No vision Manager have no experience of corporate were brought in from supermarket and given managers position due to being sindhi caste. Head accountant is one of character in nigeria pls if you get nigeria dont join at all your life will get miserable. Business head and RM are pathetic . Owner belever them with blind eyes since same caste. Whatever promised before joining is not given too much politics and micromanagement even food is not provided propery in accomodation. Their is no skill development too and no job security as well if dont agree or lik their but you will be fired soon . Pls dont join their region nigeria ,abdijan,burkina faso , freetown rest is upto you beware you will be a slave for them. And be ready to work 24*7

Politics Uneducated managers No process whatsoever Harsh working and living conditions internationally Too much work from morning 8 to 12 in night No vision just managers filling their pockets thats why very few people can work over 6 months most of them leave early paying indemnity more than what they earned pls dont join
