Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Everthing don't join pls you will end up being a slave of regional and country managers this is a very bad company you will be stuck abroad for 2 years even if someone die in you house you won't be able to come back your passport will be held you salary will be stopped even if you open your mouth at times their will be fights for food also that to physical fights since most of the employees are sindhis and gujrati 12 th pass regional manager doesn't speak a line without bad words be careful.

Politics Unnecessary discussion for micro management Uneducated top managers No proper accomodation and food You have to wash clotges of your manager too. Pls dont join in nigeria or west africa especially where sunil dela , ramesh sukhwani are their they will make you life miserable if you dont bring them money from under the table or conflict their interest.

This is a lala company solely depends on how you please your Reginald.manaher which seems to be relatives they even make you to mop the floor of their house if you join abroad especially Nigeria if you join you will be on mercy of Regional manager or finance controller will stop you from eating extra roti even food is given one time until you gain experience of 1 year watch if you can sacrifice to be as a dog then only join
