The reason for not liking it is the behavior of the seniors there, no support from any staff, they blame someone else's mistake on someone else. making dirty demands for promotion

Management is not good at all, which department is dedicated for which task it's very confusing in BTC. Direct interferences in store operations by management, which is makes negative impact on store environment. Cafe manager is just a post, Cafe manager can't take direct actions. Even Schedule making also taking by senior management. Most amezing people's lives a mission of impossible work.

There owner is down to earth and I am very happy to work in this brand company culture is good and there 5 day working system is good we are give more time to our family just because 2 weekly off that is very important for us because some time is very difficult to manage personal and professional life at the same time I am happy to work with Blue tokai coffee roasters.

Take very long time of appraisal in food industry every appraisal period is 6 moth but here take 1.5 year of one appraisal and increment only 1 or 2 k only only this think I don't like that in here.

The organisation is genuinely good filled with talented and kind people across most departments. However, the projects department is a different story altogether. It is led by people who are in those positions not because of experience or merit, but solely due to their personal closeness with the COO. The leadership in this department is clear case of Nepotism. The AGM (Projects) is just 28 year old and has no relevant prior experience in this field. He seems completely clueless about actual project management but very well knows how to open blue tokai cafes- that’s the only expertise he brings to the table.

Then there is Director of projects. He lacks basic domain knowledge and has somehow landed this position simply through his personal connections. Both of them are more skilled in official politics than in project execution. If you are not a yes man, they will make your life hell. They are the kind of people who thrive on treating others poorly and manipulating the system to their advantage. Worse there are serious concerns about their involvement in under the table dealings. Both are a textbook example of ‘Ghar ka bhedi lanka dhai’. If this department could be fixed, the organisation would be a much better place to work.
