Like the "8-hour workday" that mysteriously transforms into a 10-hour marathon, with the extra two hours generously "donated" to the company cause (support tickets, anyone?). And the Saturdays! Oh, the blissful Saturdays! A mandatory pilgrimage to the temple of productivity, disguised as a "helpful session" (conveniently arranged by the company to justify your presence). But woe betide you if you dare to leave after the session! You're now a willing participant in a spontaneous "workathon," extending your stay until the company deems it appropriate to release you (usually around 3 PM). Then there's the ever-vigilant CEO, a master of the art of "subtle surveillance." Every phone call becomes a dramatic performance, with the CEO lurking nearby, eager to decipher your every word and judge your social interactions. And LinkedIn? Forget about it! The management is the worst thing about the company. They say they'll provide you a specific amount of salary and they straight out refuse, they look for reason to make an excuse for not giving the salary when asked.

... phase "We will look into it" , "Will call you later" and Bam it never happened. There's no work life balance here they will not provide you documents they will deduct your salary without any justification they expect you to work more than 9 hours with 20 min break. VP is Very Painful person he talk nonsense all day and tries to justify his mistakes everytime . Director is a dictator here he never wants to listen to anyone. They just want you to work unconditionally throw away your personal life or family they don't even care. If you took a leave they will see you like you have committed a crime. Even a criminal in india is treated right but not here.

not providing genuine salary taught different and delivered different and at the end at the time of living they are not providing last salary and not clearing remaining dues although they provide your negative feedback because they dont want employee future bright don't join this ghatiya company
