1. Work Culture is really bad and environment not safe for girls 2. People are not at all helpful. 3. No trainings nothing new can't learn as work pressure is endless. 4. Appraisals are great for only those people who in good books of their managers. 5. HR department do not even connect with me when I left. 6. Mangers are at all helpful towards their teammates. 7. I had a really bad experience with this company as politics are their priority rather than work.

Driver don't have any power to display her issues when hub manager was not cordinate with him hub incharge was like a Hitler which is terminate,suspend him without any specific reasons and he will not able to do against it . He can harassing again and again. No one there who can cross check what's actually happens there ony driver was wrong everywhere . Company need to recheck before termination or suspension the driver becouse driver lost high amount when he was suspended by the manager almost Rs. 10000 less receive in a month and target was also effected.

My Driver ID is 15028, I am start working on 20th Mar 2023, my first day in Blu smart and I have taking single first slot 20th to 26th March and till now I am not getting my Weekly payouts it is showing in minus (-) 1038, it means I need to pay to company. In app there are showing lots of penalty how can driver earn in Blu Smart When I am try to call Onboarding Team Blu smart No. 09513806001 then no one pick up this no. after 10 minutes of waiting the call is disconnect.
