... on manager, if anything wrong the manager will push you in front of management. Sometimes they want work even on weekends or night, you have to work but don't think they will pay. Only they will pay to managers or Higher management. Totally lala driven company. MD use mostly abusive language. They don't hire Muslims in their company, as their Hr and Export manger directly accept this thing and check the cast before hiring even me any office friend who joined after me, same question asked by management regarding caste ) Export manager - Rajesh Oran, he is completely illiterate person of that company, behaving like owner of company in front of their junior. Don't do any work only play candy crush all the time even he can't draft a mail because he don't know How to write in English. This will be the responsibilty of their junior is to draft the mail on the behalf of their manager.
