Work culture is good. They consider your genuine problems and help you out

Dislikes

Seniors will remain seniors only like manager or Reporting person even if he is wrong or she is wrong. New joiners are treated differently and don't get proper cooperation. Every department is held under marketing head and even HR insist to listen their instructions. One person can't be expert in all departments. Every department should has it's own experts Or HOD who can solve that particular department issues.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
