Well I would say everything. Great place to work. Excellent growth opportunities as the company is growing, culture is amazing, u can maintain a healthy work life balance, compensation and benefits are amazing . All in all super cool place To work for a individual contributor like me..

Just that the company is not that big so growth vertically is very limited and no international relocation facilities.
