Salary structure is poor. They will take away straight 18% as variable pay and will deduct the amount at the time of paying without any reason.

Company policies Micro management Compensation 20% variable pay which you have to payback once you resign. Thats pathetic and un ethical. No professional growth. You will be in the same Designation forever. Think 10 times before accepting offer.

If you are working sincerely, your job is 100% secured. Also we will got good hike with Monthly bonus like role model award, employee of the month etc. 5k to 10k. Got change to deal independently with US peoples. If you are a developer you have to work with Desktops not laptops as all finance and Mortgage domains are follow the same culture. Cab facilities are good for last night worker with zero charges. Good environment to work for female employees.

Dislikes

Micro Management like you have to sit 8 to 8.5 hr with System. Camera phone are not allow. Can not send email to outside. Nothing their in the ID card (Only photo is there) which can you use as proof , while taking any loans.
