I would like to express my concern about not receiving a salary increase for the past 2.4 years. I understand that there may be various factors at play, but I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore potential adjustments based on my contributions and performance.

Only benefit is that you will get your salary on time.

Dislikes

Structurally, the company looks organized, but internally, there is a lot to improve. There is no promotion scheme for employees. Poor salary hike management: there is no proper time for the annual hike. No transport was provided by the company. There are no perks or benefits provided by the company, apart from your fixed salary.

The HR performance at the Black box company is unsatisfactory. They conducted multiple interview rounds, and during salary negotiations, FRANKLIN DAVID from HR repeatedly called during working hours. On almost every other call he would alter the package details, claiming that" management did not agreed with it", only to return to initial package later. These frequent and unsettling calls prompted me to request that he communicated via mail only. However, after that, I did not recieve any messages. Furthermore, they gathered personal information under the guise of job application. FRANKLIN DAVID has boasted himself a lot on his linkedin profile but failed to live up to these claims in practise.

Basically the good things in this company is salary and payroll are consistently positive apart from this mention in dislike section.

Dislikes

Working at a company with no job security and no learning or skill development opportunities can be a very frustrating and disheartening experience.

...hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.
