... minutes. They only talk about target target targets every day n pressurize you. And salary is the main concern as it is very low trust me it's very very very less according to the amount of work they give you. And work culture is not at all professional because the main TL is very gossiping which is a bad thing. No job security at all ,when you don't finish your targets which is very hard to do they will straight away give you 3days time and take you out but u guess it's good they do that because working for so less money is not worth at all.

I have a lot of things to say, but I will not specify anything, it's jusr overall very bad place to work if you want to earn money but good place to learn how to do calling😠 because it's all about calling job but only the title what they give you is not call center but staffing analyst job.

Nothing as they aren't HRs but call center workers, they don't even train you to be HR but to be a call center worker.

Dislikes

Everything. No professionalism, no respect or freedom. Strict lunch breaks, question each leaves, question about targets etc. Which HR position has targets?

Work environment is really good. It's challenging yet the whole office environment gives a homely vibe.

Dislikes

The work pressure can be high at times but that just teaches a lot. It's really nice that before introducing us to work they make this thing very clear.
