The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts the technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is reliable and has a good client base. As a result, I get to travel interstate, especially to the UP. and Rajasthan. Another point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in the night. Managers do not value individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company's work is good. Payment also comes on time. Sometimes it is delayed.

...e who work at the ground level in the company have never had a meeting together. Have never given any bonus. No one has ever received a promotion.

That's way I don't like that when I joined salary was on basic but after month we made on commission basic so are not interested

The good thing is that this company's work is useless

The staff is of very useless people. The work is done by forced people. They keep them locked for 12 hours and do not give any overtime and if anyone tries to say anything, they threaten to throw them out.

Worst company to work with they had laid of within 2 month majority of employees, even they had run out off funds as their investers "Info Edge" has stoped findings, so beware where or when you get trapped.
