I have learn a lot of things and it will help me to make my carrer on top level .

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend breakdowns in the evening and sometimes late into the night . Also , there is no training department for freshers , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes.

Very nice for Gents specially for family,Because clean colony ,Ground,temple etc...

Acc. to me I am not prefer this company to Girls/ Ladies Employes. No any prefrence will give to ladies employee. I am deeply regretted here. Man holding company no value of ladies. Lots of things I want to say but there are very very few supportive company colleagues.But some have Diplomatic mindset. Frustated here disappointed also ,No any system on that level . I am in Godrej before...Wonderfull experience with working life balance ,Working structure,Platform to perfom you,All employees are equal there .But here my worst decison I had taken ever because I am women
