Politics at its peak. Opportunity is given to outsider who comes with a reference than someone who has worked hard for it. Managers act like boss without any leadership qualities. HR is not strong enough to take any action based on employee feedback.

Likes

Work culture is great, flexible work timings, management trusts in people and managers are not micro managing. Delegation and ownership of work is a good established practice.

Dislikes

Lack of resources in terms of team members. Less promotions and remunerations.

Company is forming part large old business group, so the employees have job security.

The current managing team is clueless about everything business, people, market, ethics and not aligned with the group.

Work culture is horrible. No set process. Specially HR operations are pathetic. They apply different rules for different employees as per thr comfort. All work policies are only one sided. Once you resigned they don't treat you as human and harrase like anything

At Birla Estates there is a whole lot of potential to explore and shine. The work life balance makes you enhance the work profile and handle the tasks effeciently. Its a young nextgen office so lot of new thoughts and ideas are welcomed to make a better working place.
