Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight INA day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Likes

Working environment is much better. Gym, badminton court, vollyball court and lots of gaming facilities available. Functional program organised time to time. Teammates are supportive and good. Overalls experience is satisfactory.

Company policy is is very poor of Birla Carbon. Other business is not removed employees from their services due to Corona.

Birla Carbon Management is very poor. My experience is above 34 years from the date plant construction. The Management is removed from my services with one minute without any reason. Many of employees removed their services without any reason. This type management policy not good for employees.
