There are lot of politics in Management cultures. Management always consider employees with doubtful view.

Likes

All new machinery for new products but extremely old machinery for their existing products. There is nothing like team, but Bottom line is hard working but less paid. Employed cheap labors with lack of skills. Management spends good money to buy spares. Some employees are enjoying since they joined this organisation. Employees are not accountable for any of their given job.

Dislikes

People sitting in the top management are non-technical who always wanted to discriminate technical employees. Engineers are not treated as engineers. No job security. Any day any time the management enjoys to kick you out. Humiliation of newly hired experienced employees is one their practices. Management don't trust in any of their employees. The company is very badly influenced by the sales head dominated all over the departments with his informers. Overall not good for long term. No food available if so called canteen. Washrooms are very stinking and smelling all broken condition.

Likes

Though it's a private limited company managed by family members, the work & business approach is professional & friendly. The management, as well as the consultants of the company care for their employees. The employees are considered as an Asset. The employee re-hire policy is also very good. Overall it was a very good experience.

Dislikes

The job exposure came to a stand still after completion of 5 - 6 years. No innovation in work profile e.g. commercial / finance / accounts staff. Additional benefits e.g. five day week, etc. for staff members who have completed 5 to 6 years or more in the company. No facility of Personality & additional skills developement training for staff members, who has completed 3 or more years.
