...of how bad CMD Vinita Jain and some people in management have been to employees. I was shocked to know on day 1 that salary doesn't come on fixed date here. I had to change all my EMIs and auto debits from 1st to 15th of month. There is no work culture. Everyone works in fear of job loss. No events are being celebrated. There are Rats, Rodents openly moving in office for years and noone has guts to ask CMD for a pest control. The rats even cross over the area below coffee dispenser and you are never sure if they have touched the nozzle from where tea, coffee comes. No appreciation of any kind no matter how good work you do. Management - Losers, non performers and people who cannot get job in market form the management sitting in glass cabins of this company. They will be sweet in front of you but give all negative reports to CMD and CMD will never bother to check the validity of same. CMD openly smashes and shouts at everyone in zoom meetings threatening with termination. I have personally seen her smashing VP marketing (who's by far the most fair person I found in this toxic environment). Can you believe she doesn't even have discretion of what, how, where, when of communication with people who have spent unbelievable 7+ years in organisation. No wonder 85% of their sales workforce has resigned just due to 2-3 extremely negative people in system including CMD I have spent only 4 months in this organisation (if it can be called one, in reality it's a single woman show). I decided to move on just due to behavior of CMD (she literally thinks employees as her servants and treats them like same).

1. There is no job security. 2. No fixed day of salary. Usually it comes on 7th but if CMD is travelling foreign countries, employees cannot do anything but to just wait for her to return india 3. Extremely poor leadership. Sales is currently being handled by incompetent vice president who was thrown out of Dabur as RM - North. No sales manager wants to interact with him. 4. HR is powerless. She is right hand of CMD hence if you face any issue regd your work or with any person, don't expect any help from her. She wont even pick your call or answer messages. 5. CMD shouting from the very start of meetings. No way to handle people and no way of communication. Only one way communication happens here I.e. from CMD to employees. 6. I also know from insider experience that the positive reviews and 5 star rating on ambition box and other sites were forcefully taken from employees on instructions of CMD, when negative ratings were going too many. 7. CMD terminated old sales employees who were there since 5-10 years because new sales leadership team hired from Himalaya said that old employees were inefficient. She had no first hand trust in old employees who grew company and who were performing. Then when Himalaya team could not deliver, she fired all of them including CEO.
