No Work-Life Balance - In time is fix - Out time is not fixed. No Mobile Phones allowed, even in an emergency. (You have to give a detailed explanation why you need phone) They treat Promotions / Appraisals like nothing. Only work with keeping no expectations Very Micro Management. You are constantly monitored by cameras throughout the day. They also listen to every communication you have with your co-workers. Asking for leave is asking for their Kidneys

If you have 22 days leave in a year then increment is "0" Nd"minus". Even after taking official leave. Nd more partiality. It is announced in advance 1 week before the end the increment there are 22 leaves in a year, then will not get increment.
