...ny, no PF & ESI *Notice period is 3 months, otherwise you have to pay 30,000 *Strict timings to be followed like jail, if you come 10 mins late half day salary will cut but they won't give any expenses for overtime. * Infrastructure is like a workshop not company/factory *seniors are having very bad mindset that newbies won't be learn anything technically and blaming. *Work Pressure is heavy for Sunday also, They put pressure to come Sunday also. *Manufacturing very cheap products and cheating customers with fake documents.
