...ible brains mostly promoted because of regional gangs in most of departments. 2. Salary hikes & Promotion doesn't depend on how well you perform work or excel in output or dedication, it's totally depends on capability to impress n butterofy the immediate boss n department gang leaders. 3. Lot of useless employees (Lot means really lot) with Job Description of how well to do Politics. 4. Management is also happy to pay the painers who in turn just screwing the company. I guess I can write a lot.... but hope it clarifies to real job aspirants who is searching for good career.

Nothing...salary they show CTC is different with the in hand salary for me 8000 difference in the salary

They remove everyone whenever they want simply they will tel to get an other offer outside as they doesn't need that role at that time. Ryt now company Is on worst condition.

...ded in CTC & it'll not be given during fnf also ( if not completing 5 years) . . 3) Bonus component added into CTC , & if you resign before the appraisal cycle which is 1 quarter of the next FY , then you'll not get you bonus amount ( which is included in CTC ) . 3)

Micromanagement, Policies about promotion, No salary corrections for old employees, they r hiring freshers with high packages. So employee working in company for 4 years is having package equal to freshers.
