...ly we have 8 Hours work. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. Here if you will get appreciation from managers or recommendation to increase in salary but Hr. will not care or you can say ignore directly. at the time of yearly vacation you will get fix increment that is 2 to 3 percent.

In covid-19 situation management is taking precaution & we did covid-19 test & get the medical certificate.we have less movement inside office.outsider & visitors are not allowed.

There is one part of the woner saley Bin quraya. He said to flow one fencing foreman I don't like that's why I went from there.

They recruited me as a camp manager. But they did not need the position. They forced me to other places like air port pick up of new arrivals etc. Philippines are the advisers of the key managers. We can not manage promptly because we have to mold to them otherwise they complaint against us which will blindly believe by them and take action against us. The policy of guarantor for emergency leave is not where in the world.
