The only thing good about the company was the flexibility of breaks and flexible work hours.

The salary that they offer is totally different from what you receive, management is so poor that i doubt if they’re even MBA. Your Language and communication skills will be ruined and if you speak and dress well then you’ll be criticised by all the dimwits around you. There’s no need for skill full, educated and passionate people. Dumb people with the communication capabilities of a 12 year old and 80s fashion statement will suffice.

The only thing which is good of this organisation is it credits salary on time,salary hike is good if you canmanipulate and fake yourself.

Management decision making is horrible,frequent process ramp down. Job security is next to zero. No suggestive and interactive environment, management lovesto put nose in everything. Noemployee value ,noonpaper promotions,hectic and unnecessary work pressure.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.
