As usual like other companies, there is lot of politics and career growth is slow, will not get any increament throughout the career.

...y terminated me from job( , my projects were handedover to 4 other colleagues ..Later after two weeks company advertised new vacancy after terminating some of us( (salary was less for new position, and the reason for my termination company said my salary is high.!!)

I joined Bilfinger with high hopes, but my experience was disappointing. I was hired on a mission visa with promises of a permanent role that were never fulfilled. The project pipeline was unstable, and the environment lacked professionalism. The coordinator and manager displayed a childlike mindset, making impulsive decisions and not welcoming any feedback. This led to a tense atmosphere where employees felt at risk of being fired without warning. Despite Bilfinger’s global reputation, my time there lacked the support and stability needed for career growth. I would not recommend this company for BIM professionals seeking a serious, career-focused environment."

Office building and the type of projects which does not test your skills or give you any knowledge about engineering.

It was very wonderful phase of my life which I spent in tebodin. Very good company for young engineers to grow. Staff is very supportive. Working culture good. No limitations for dicision making. Overall experience was good.
