Currently I am working with Bilcare for 3Yrs. They have maintained very good work-life balance culture. They value to their employees, always open for the new ideas.

There is nothing much things to be disliked, they are in such minimal qty which can be ignored.

Bilcare is one the best manufacturing industry in pharmaceutical packaging sector, it has excellent technology in the process of lamination, coating etc Bilcare has well culture environment which really suitable to learn, growth, and update to technology.Bilcare has lot of abroad customers which help me to update my knowledge, experience in worldwide.

Bilcare used to be best Co. to work in Pune having MNC culture but now it is going thru financial stress and might be sold off or go bankrupt with a debt of 1500Cr.

Dislikes

Co. having debt of over 1500 Cr. and major compliance issue with sebi, ITR, PF and ED office but still it is good Co. in terms of product, vision and R&D focus; almost all people have left due to monetary reason and financial crisis
