Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is nothing to like about this company. They will take your mental peace and will give you depression regarding work pressure.

Dislikes

There is every thing to dislike about this company, from being not paid for Sunday's and other holidays, to be in the dilemma that whether, will I get the salary of this month or not. Even after requesting for so many times it is not fixed that you will get your salary. It is even possible that to not give you salary they will make fake allegations on you. The main head who transfer the salary will not pick your call and also will not respond to your text regarding you salary, but will call you and give fake allegations like you don't do the work properly and all. They will even fire you if you ask about your salary for more than 5 times. It is guaranteed that your salary will be forfeited if you out down your paper any number of days in the name of notice period. They will not give you leave for any of your work and will make you work even on sundays. First they will make you work that is not your fortey and then they will blame you of not doing the work properly. The seniors here are hypocrites. They will take all the credit of good work and will blame you for all the bad work. They will not guide you properly and will later say I have guided you but you were unable to take the guidance.
