... is one common Comment my company my rules. 6) No learning just waist of time. 7) Always defined you Salary. 8) Anyone can call you at any time. Morning, evening, night, midnight, noon, weekend or Holidays. 9) No HR here and no taking any responsibility for any employee. 10) No FNF policy. They didn't give you full and final Amount or any reliving letter. 11) No holiday policy and if you take any leaves you salary will be deducted. 12) They also deduct LIC policy amount evening months, means they are agent to the company. 13) Some Policy only available for higher position like Work from home, Sort leave, etc. 14) One unisex washroom with only one seat. 15) This is a smelly place. I have some more points..but..

...ork there you can forget everything thing which you earn from your experience. They give salary after 10 days holding Salary and never given you Fnf. Even they didn't give internship salary.

1. Couple friendly environment 2. Late night party lover staff 3. No time punctuality, you can come anytime 4. Put your foot down and rules, you can start your own business with job 5. Owner is very frank with every staff, specially with chapri boys. 6. You can enjoy unisex washroom facility in head office. 7. You should join BM family if you are tarun gill fan. 8. If you put some correct points in front to madam, you will be fire in company.
