The company has not fund now to give employee salary, u can say commission based, they didn't give more than six months salary to their employees (last salary drawn june 24). I suggest not to join this organisation.

It's good for those who just want to work as a part time such as freshers, but you can't carry on too long in such field..

There is no specific timing of your job . One has to come on time but at what timing will he leave is not confirmed. Other things are good as per your job.
