Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

It is system driven company and they follow the system brand is strong present in market

Inspite system driven there are lots of reporting unnecessary web call happen which effect productivity rate cutting is huge ws and retail rate difference is more new product launch so much but quality is not upto date which is failure of current time in market

Dislikes

I dislike in this company about the promotions and the increment in my salary. As per the level of mine, i.e , the Territory Manager, I do not get my appropriate salary which I thinks of. So, I wish if I could get a salary increment in this company, it would be better for me.
