company had assured us that they would pay half of our salary if we are unable to work because of lockdown..

...pandemic.and our appraisal rate is also getting lower and lower year after year.in the mean time our gross salary has also been deducted by a certain percentage, which is really not so good at all.,and about growth there is almost 0% chances because i am working in this company from couple of years.. although our managers are good and friendly which is quite good..

Bad Politics, salary issue, management not good, increament not good, no PF, no leave, no rent or no food allowance, complicated health insurance, so much work loading, not good communication with staff,

Very bad work experience, management poor, salary as per industry very low, toxic environment, over time work without paid, less leaves, not have any employee benefits, not have work stream line. I really regretted my decision.

Nothing much except some people who really want the company to do well but nobody care about their views and opinion. Everyday you need to check whether director's mood is good or bed then you need to decide the work.

My time at Bianca was disappointing due to a toxic work culture and unprofessional behaviour. The company lacks a positive work environment, with favoritism, office politics, and a general disregard for employee well-being. One of the biggest issues was the director’s secretary, who was consistently rude and unapproachable. Instead of being professional and supportive, they engaged in office gossip, played politics, and created unnecessary drama. Their behavior not only made communication difficult but also contributed to a hostile and untrustworthy atmosphere. Unfortunately, management turns a blind eye to these issues, allowing them to continue unchecked. If you’re looking for a workplace with professionalism, respect, and a healthy work culture, this is not the place.

If you want to learn new things, this place might be a good fit for you because if they hire you, they will assign entire department's tasks to You. You’ll have to complete all tasks on time. Trust me, you might even forget what time you’re supposed to leave! You’ll be overwhelmed with tasks, and if you need help, don't expect much support here. Instead of clear targets, you’ll be given fantasies.

PLB is Misleading: If the HR includes PLB (Performance Linked Bonus) in your CTC, do not count on it. In reality, you may never receive it. Job Insecurity: The company often makes decisions based on its own requirements and moods. You can be terminated without a valid reason, and the FNF (Full and Final) process is problematic, so serving a notice period isn’t advisable. Punctuality is Strict: Even being one minute late will result in a half-day deduction, which can feel unfair and overly strict. Late Hours: Expect to stay late regularly. It’s not because you’re behind on your work but due to last-minute tasks assigned or meetings set as late as 9 PM, sometimes just for casual discussions. Inefficient Systems: The entire organization relies heavily on Excel, with countless disorganized folders. A significant amount of your time will be wasted on reporting and file management. No Employee Engagement: There are no happy hours or celebrations for festivals, which impacts team morale. Unprofessional Management: Many managers are unprofessional, often using inappropriate language and engaging in corporate politics. It creates a toxic work environment. Bottom Line: Consider this company only as a last resort. Otherwise, you might end up regretting your decision.
