Nothing. Work culture is too much poisonous and they will force you to work for 9.5 hours per day then they will not give you any leave in case of emergency. They slap their employees in front of anybody. They treat employees as bonded labour. They will make you work like Dog. They don’t give leave on festivals. They provide 3 holiday only…Holi, Diwali and Durga Puja.
