Good work encirobment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the mabagement is transparent. Thereis a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year

During my internship at Bhaskar, I gained valuable insights and skills. Bhaskar proved to be an excellent platform for learning, as it provided me with various sales-related tasks. I acquired the knowledge of effectively selling products and improving my marketing skills through this experience.

Dislikes

The internship experience at Bhaskar lacked a structured hierarchy and effective management. Without a proper hierarchy, it was often unclear whom to report to or seek guidance from, leading to inefficiencies and confusion in the workflow. Additionally, the absence of effective management made it difficult to receive timely feedback and support, hindering the overall learning and growth experience during the internship.

labour arrangement, Purchasing of spares and local purchasing,company construction work, liaison work of goverment department, all factory adminstration work etc..
