1.in terms of job security its a good platform. 2. Work culture is better but it can be improved only if one can be given a freedom to show skills. 3.Management is a bit biased and political but one can handle with polished management skills. 4.company policies are better.

...nnecessary office politics, no hierarchy is followed when it comes to increment. salary is also average not according to the performance and knowledge. After working for 14 months as a ward co Ordinator( on paper clerk) I was interviewed by MD and few of my managers about my growth but due to some basic politics I never designated and promoted with new roles and responsibilities.

Staff member behaviour is not good for fresher student according. More streak behaviour of staff nurse I will not liked

I had wonderful memories of Bharati hospital.....skill developmental opportunities are more specifically in intensive care unit...having good friends from various regions....overall it was really amazing to work...
